LOGOS BIBLE STUDY

The local church is commanded to “equip the saints for the work of ministry, for the building up of the body of Christ” (Ephesians 4:12-13). One avenue that Calvary Familia utilizes to love, support, and equip the body for ministry is through a monthly Bible study called Logos. Teachings from Logos do not stand alone but go hand-in-hand with taking action to live out the faith as Christ commanded.

Logos means "word" in Greek. Through Logos, we teach God's Word, and Bible studies are conducted in numerous areas including theological formation, discipleship, gospel identities and rhythms, Christ-centered maturity, character development, equipping for service and leadership roles, connecting the gospel with culture, and various other teachings.

The hope of Logos is to see people know and seek the knowledge and wisdom of Christ and to provide resources to assist in engaging this pursuit throughout daily life.
